Hi can any one help. My water pump started leaking i took it to a mechanic he said it needed a new one and recomened renewing the cambelt aswell which was a gud idea. Got the car back today and its running routh and the idle speed is erratic at idle speed. Can any one tell me if its a timeing problem * +

How would changing the pump and hanging a new belt hav anything to do with the plugs or idle control valve? Mate pop it bk and have a chat with the fitter, sounds unrelated to me but if u go in all guns blazing and threatening them they'll just tell u to naff off * +
