I finaly found sumtin i wanna rebuilt guys.. Been at a small twn agricultural expo yesterday on olifantshoek. Met a guy ther (local cattle farmer) nd we had a hell ova nice tym round d fires drinken beer nd watcin d bokka kicken ausie a55 .. I told him bout ma plans wantin to build d quickest 4x4xfar! He said he had an old rustbucket he wants to get rid of if i was interested to make him an offer.. * +

So off to his hme we went nd ther it stood next to wooden shed.. A 1982 datsun safari 4x4 picup! Who of u knows wat a safari luks like? Anyhow, i lukd it thru nd realise dat d chassis is even stronger that that of a landcruiser, its thick nd strong! D body is totaly rusted nd rims aswell. D interior is in a poor state due to d s.a sun. He told me it was hes fathers fishing nd boattowin bakkie.. * +

..nd he left it to stand permanantly in port nolloth. I cudnt get it to start so i asume d engine or ignition is dead. I offered him R8000 as is nd he said he wanted to sleep over it. Jst as we got hme last nyt he cald me nd said its mine, i cn fetch it. So tomoro after wrk im gonna take d works piggyback nd my isuzu nd fetch it. Ive got a gud feeling bout it nd im exited! * +
