Whats your take on cracked blocks? Fixable or not? An engineer here cuts out the whole backside where the cracks appear most, whelsh plugs included. And fusion weld the back part of another block in at 800-900 degrees celcuis and then heat treats it. Then its pressure tested to see if it gives in. When u get it back theres no evidence that its been welded. I dont know if u can trust it tho, not on a turbo car. * +

Not ideal but hav seen it done and it lasted. Would only go down that route if another block was impossible 2 find... * +

Nutin wrong wit a welded block! Sleeves shud jst b measured vry carefully fo ovality nd mains shud get linebored on evry occasion! * +

Rsi what would you think will it cost more or less? If the cost wouldnt be high and its trustable i would like to go this route. If i put in another motor i have to go to the police and testing station, the last time i was there emotions ran high and every1 was threatening each other. This time ill get locked up * +

Went to the testing station to do road worthy. Got there, they tune me kak abt ut's first, i sceme fine let me just shut up and get it done. I still had the side exit xhorst on back then but it was legal i tripled check to see if its legal. Oak had a problem with, stepped on it with his one foot and said ''watse kak is die,di kar is not de fok pad vaardig''(what sh.t is this,this car is not f.ing roadworthy) thats where i told him if he breaks anything ill bliksem him like he neva thought * +
