Im considering buyin a phoenix fir 200 bike. I tried lookin up info on the Net bout it but theirs not anythin of substance. Its a real stunner of a bike and looks a bit lyk a ninja. I was also considerin the bajaj pulsar. Anybody know anythin bout the bike? *

i know that it may seem attractive for the price but i highly recommend that you save up the extra for a reputable,well known japanese brand. Them cheap chinese bikes are pure ,they are built to a price and as such,suffer in critical areas,ie;suspension,electrical and engine reliability even down to simple things like switch gear and chain adjusters. *

agreed...rather go used japanese than new chinese even if the j*p bike is 10 years old its still 10 years ahead of the chinese bikes...its easy to make knock-off parts that look the part but are absolutely rubbish...knock-off disc brakes, upside down forks and frames just to mention a few *
