During a visit i payd to d local scr*pyard yesterday, i came across sumtin very interesting! A wreck! Lol.. Its kia sportage wit turnover damages. I know u guys wil probly tink ugh kia wtf, bt listen to this: i havnt realised that d sportage is infact a full4wd wit centre difflock nd lowrange.. I also thawt that d sportage was just a cheap copycat of d freelander, rav4 nd x.trail segment. * +

On closer inspection i realised that d sportage is based on a ladder type chassis as a 1ton trucks nd that d powertrain is mounted longitudinally. Also d suspention setup is sumtin to apreciate! Its got ifs wit coilsprings nd duble controlarms at each side.. No mcpherson strut ! D rear setup is a rigid axle also wit coilsprings similar to a defender nd a landcruiser. So actualy d sportage.. * +

..is based on a very nice chassis, sumtin u wudnt expect from a small suv or softroader. D best of al ,nd that wher i in, is that its originaly runnin a mazda FS copycat motor! That means u cud fit a fe to that bellhousing wit absolutly no hassle or modification! Do u think wat i think? * +

No shash, im nt plannin on repairing it.. Remember wat i told u guys now d day on ma latest plans? Im tinkin lightweight, 4wd/awd, hot turbocharged motor.. I wanna buy that piece of , throw off d body/cab, sell d fs motor nd start ma project on d chassis incl d gearbox nd axles! I wanna put in a turbocharged FE nd build ma own lightweight cab.. Thinken of base it on a 1400 cab? Wat yol tink? * +
