is there a way to set a code on gs2 that if i lost my phone and sumone finds it they have to enter my code ..like in symbian devices only my sim can work in it * +

Yes, go to Settings -Security -Encrypt Device. You can also set a screen lock code or pattern, thats also in Security at the top. * +
