some says lost.dir is related to mac os. it is only used when connected to mac. others say it is the directry where possible file system errors and any suspects are moved when android scans sd card.. either ways no problem deleting * +

if you have a file called Lazylist you can delete that to. * +

In my case lost. Dir was always an empty folder.. and even though you delete it, it is created automatically again. * +
