yes, tweetcaster,twitdroid and many others. also could have twitter running on default twitter app in htc. best one in my eyes is tweetcaster * +

Have so many twitter applications already on phone- peep and friendstream comes default, I can't even seem to delete them...then I got twitter application from the market...too bad the defaults dusn't support it * +
