SE are rolling out a minor update to the X10 (FW 2.1.B.0.1) its NOT Gingerbread, it seems to be in preparatin for the leap from 2.1 to 2.3.3, it brings a new baseband, Timescape, 3G/HSDPA, UI speed and battery improvements: http://is.gd/EyvyIr * +

I doubt you'll loose anything, but just make a back-up in case. Its a minor update, the update where you will lose data is thb big leap from 2.1 to 2.3.3 in a few weeks time. * +

Vodacom dont have the x10 on contract it seems. * +

They are not stocking it anymore, i got it from them in July last year. They are preparing for the Arc.They still stock the Minis. * +
