does anyone know a web browser that won't cut the audio on streams, when I turn the screen off, stock browser no good and dolphin does the same, thanks in advance * +

Yep, Opera11 for Android supports Flash10.2 and whatever other version of Flash you update to 
most 3rd party web browsers in Android support the Flash plug-in. * +
