I'm on T-Mobile and you get unlimited internet browsing - you only get the down/upload limit (500mb) when you download or upload files or do a lot of streaming * +

im on orange, no too chuffed with the signal and BB speed over the last 12mth, ive 500mb on my berry but never go near the allowance cos its painfully slow to browse on * +
