that doesnt solve the problem u can set settings there but u cant select which keyboard u wana use *

It does solve the problem, it's just that you can't read Korean Lol. First one down is default keyboard settings, and the third one down is Android. Or you could always install SwiftKey, or Smart Keyboard Pro. *
