if you're a dev you should be able to tell us how it works. webview (to the best of my knowledge) is like a onboard browser for apps to use for pulling down web based content like adverts.

OK, not knowing what you mean, I'd presume you implement the POST method and use a standard html upload form, or trigger it to post as if via a form on a page since webview is basically a html rendering engine that chrome used to use a while back... * +
