go custom mate ! the regular s4 has had lollipop for nearly a year and it's not getting anything more after that so if you've not had it you aren't getting it.

my s4 is on 6.0.1 MM and it's the best rom I've ever had. * +

its no secret dat samsung suck when it comes to updating older models .that and the low memory on your s4mini means u wont get the update .lets look at the great galaxy s3 wich ddnt even get the kit kat update .kit kat which is
designed to run on 1GHz CPUS and 512MBram. I agree with 3mel go custom . * +
