I've never heard of a service provider charging in kb's or mb's... Its irrelevant in fact.. As if you are on a data plan or prepaid topup whatever if you have a 1GB then it will use up data to that value that u have so u know u can only surf download or stream for that amount only difference is some service providers might be cheaper than others. So its up to u to look for the service provider that suits your needs * +
