long before you think of flashing you should have tried everything else possible. wiping dalvik cache and cache. wiping data (all users apps).

if you have a custom recovery learn to keep a backup of your phone in working condition... * +

we don't know the answer, I don't even know what software you use to flash that phone.
make sure you can see the phone from the laptop before you even start. you may have a driver for it but is it for your version of windows ?
try and find a support link for Android one. they can help you more definitively... * +

do like me.. tried many times and i succesfull 2 flash.. open smart phone flash tool, load scart file , set it to download mode then press start, now keep vol up+vol down and power button (all 3) now conect phone to usb and wait 5-10sec if didnt work try again, (also u need mediatek usb vcom drivers.. search 4 them) * +

switch ur fone off an connect usb on ur pc n phone..it will download some drivers...once that done then it will work... also switch on an connect usb an see if its installn drivers *
