it's on playstore because google are not uptight about customer choice. and it's only had that many downloads so that people were able to leave troll reviews for it... * +

Why shocked that an app made for android devices are on the playstore when there's about a million apps on the appstore that are either fake or just plain kraaaaapppp and those developers only create apps to make money from google adsense by running ads on the apps from google... And why won't an app be on an app store to make it easier to move from 1 os to the next, its cost effective specially for corporations that only use one type of device and now u have to move over to that os and u need to import from your old device !!!! * +

btw there are apps like UCWeb with 100,000,000 downloads and 6 million plus reviews and even 1 million plus likes on google+ * +
