Latest version of UCweb browser blocks popup ads and ask u whether u want to view the popups or not. So I suggest using UCweb * +

I use ad block for dolphin. Completely gets rid of ads unlike adblock plus and other block methods. Don't know how other browsers cope with ads though * +
