that's not my understanding of how a factory reset works. you need to enter recovery mode to do it.

when you get bored of trying it moks way do as I suggested earlier... * +

thats normal...i remembr my frnd had same prob even with valid email n paswar it never unlocked...der a feature in google desktop... login with ur email n dey will give u a one time pwrd to unlock ur fone.. remembr it will only unlock if ur device is usen ur email *
