find that app in settings/apps/all and clear it's cache and data.

if you want a fuller answer as to what's causing it you'll need to root and install a logcat app reboot and try and create that error.
then you need to find someone who can tell you what the logcat says like your OEM or a dev with some free time... * +

i coudnt find an app by that name on my app list so i ended up hard reseting my device .i did clear cache of all my app ddtnt help also

goto settings, apps then scroll down until you find Contacts Storage choose ''Clear all data'' make a note of your contact phone numbers just in case. * +
