Sorry. If you cannot disable the app from Settings/Apps, no app will do it for you. You would have to root your phone. * +

you can disable some apps thru system apps. but if you want something really powerful then get titanium backup, the freeze or uninstall all apps. don't go nuts and break your phone with it because that's possible... * +
