Hello frens, is there a way to change a name of an app when installed on your phone, ex. I want to change opera mini to dorian, so it would show as dorian in my app drawer, is it possible *

there's an option in x-plore (and I'm gonna assume in ES too) to open an apk as a zip giving you full access to the manifest and class files.
after that point I can't help you much so you'd need to read up on modifying apk files somewhere... *
