The M9 is said to be overheating a lot due to a poor CPU, so I'd say get an S6, but not the normal S6, get the S6 Edge, its getting the better battery life. * +

S6 is overpriced. The S6 Edge is apparently not that comfortable in the hand and basically just looks nicer. Sister has an M9 but don't think she uses it enough to get very warm lol. * +

Sorry I wasn't thorough in my explanation. The M9's CPU the Snapdragon 810, has overheat issues, Htc did an update to make the CPU throttle heavily so much that the CPU barely ever unleashes itself, this means slowdowns are possible e.g. with the Camera, viewing images, while gaming etc... If you want an M9 better wait until the revised Snapdragon 810 makes its way into it, it can already be found in the Xiaomi Note Pro, so hopefully the M9 will get it at some point. Current batch of M9s has the bad Snapdragon 810. *
