the only major difference between phones (in my view) is how quickly they perform functions. if you have a decent screen, camera and the device was fairly popular they'll be loads you can do to it to sharpen it up...

to me, to that was the best part of the old days, but we aren't on 3 or 4 series of the exact same platform anyhere (because of OEM forks skins and frameworks) so we each have to discover what's possible alone.

wish there was more sharing of mods and tweaks here to bring this forum back to life. * +

I think coz of the dangers of modding android it's better to have devs around like on XDA. On here it's better we give advice on experience or from what we've read from credible sites * +

I meant more sharing knowledge of there particular existence. you definitely need to refer people over to where they have to go for it.
they would still have another place they could check their understanding or share their opinions of it's merits etc.

a pinned topic for links to root methods and devices and particular firmware they will work with would be nice. I suppose there's just not enough visitors anymore for it to be worth it. s60 forum had how many admin of it's own back in the day ??? * +
