LG have officially unveiled the much anticipated LG G4. Design, Display and Camera were the main focus.'The genuine leather back which was the headline feature in numerous leaks is indeed the key styling element. LG is proud to have employed vegetable tanning, which is typical of the luxury leather industry and only 10 of leather goods are processed this way. Not all G4s will ship with a leather back though, and the removable plastic cover will come
with a hammered pattern in either ceramic white or metallic gray. Each one will be curved
though, albeit only slightly, with a 3000mm radius. The company claims that the gentle curve
results in better handling and a 20 increase in rigidity.' The G4 also features their in-house 5.5inch QHD Quantum LCD display as well as a 16MP Camera cable of 104MP Panorama shots. Internally it features the Hexa Core Snapdragon 808 CPU with Adreno418 GPU and 3GB RAM along with 32GB built-in storage with expansion slot, and a 3000mAh removable battery. * +

Apparently its GPU is very weak, just read AnandTech's early impressions, the GPU is slower than Nexus 6 and Note 4 GPU, its an Adreno418, thought it would at least be the 420. Hopefully LG optimise it properly or this will suck at video and heavier games. * +

Not much of an upgrade over the g3. Hope they fix the heat issues. Untill then my g3 will be my last lg phone. Ill propably try out htc next now that they dropped that stupid ultrapixel camera. * +

..on the other hand, this phone looks ok to me, nice colours palette of (leather?) back cover aand camera..oh camera seems to be cute-although 'just' 16 Mpix, but got a plethora of manual settings which do a great job for photographers-enthusiasts (bah, was that correctly spelled, lol)..and front is 8?..I'm waitting for the next Xperia release though, but can't withhold a smile of support for this phone.. * +
