in some screens you can do a long press on the text and a pair of arrows will appear for the start and end of what you want to copy. move them around till you're happy, then press on the icon that has appeared at the top of the screen that looks like two pieces of paper one on top of the other and that'll copy it... * +

pasting you can do with a keyboard or by pressing on some text till it asks if you wanna paste...

make a topic of your own and you can ask dozens of questions pet... * +
