Hi is there a way to transfer files, from a Android device to another device. I own a Nokia XL phone, and a Philips GoGear Raga MP3 player. I need to transfer music files from my phone to the MP3 player through USB port between the devices. Is that possible, please help me. * +

it is possible between the android and MP3 player (as long as you have a phone decent enough to support USB host mode). if that is the case you may be able to read the Nokia's memory card but not the phone memory the same way (via a USB on the go cable), but don't quote me on that last one...

google your phones model number along with the phrase USB host mode... * +

Thanks for the reply. But more simple, music transfering as well as charging a mp3 player is done using with a computer. Is it posible to do so in place of a computer, with a android phone? * +

if your MP3 player charges up via a mini or micro USB port why not just plug the correct cable for it into your phone charger (if that has a detachable cable).

otherwise yes, in principle you should be able to charge it via the phone but that would take AGES. again all depends on your phone supporting USB host mode. no point you asking anything further until you've checked liked I suggested... * +
