there is an option in settings/developer options for ''allow mock locations''... never used it, so can't say if it will let you do what you want. more googling required along those lines... * +

apparently you also need a fake GPS app to provide fake location logs for your apps to read as well as activating the above option...

just remembered, it's a module you can get in the xposed app (requires root) it's called all ''apps in play store''. * +
