saw a Tv programme called 'watchdog' in the Uk yesterday. the programme was investigating many reports of screen cracking on the Z2, after removing the phone from their pocket many customers have discovered this screen damage all despite the fact the phones had received no hard impact. according to the programme its happening to lots of people over here in the Uk * +

Yep, the Xperia Z2 has been plagued with build quality and heating issues even down here, its seeing a lot of returns. These have become typical Sony issues, I think their OmniBalance design is part the cause as the Xperia Z and Z1 also suffered with glass either lifting from the frame or random cracking and heating issues which lead to the glass at the back coming off the frame and making the phone no longer waterproof, thats why the Xperia Z3 is going to apparently use a new design. Poor Sony (dislike) they are a mere shadow of their former self. * +
