according to Techradar we may see a Galaxy S5 Prime in june with a QHD display, metal housing and 3gb of ram. We may also see a Htc M8 Ace, also shipping with a QHD display, but no further details on that yet. * +

we can only hope that 64 bit will be here by then in order to take advantage of the extra ram! But june isnt very far away so its unlikely *
