if the fone is new take it back to the retailers and tell them to fix it for you.

to zero down on the actual cause would require dozens of questions because Android is so much more complicated than other os' so rather than keep waiting for help no one seems able to give you, take it back instead... * +

Well google services always comes has a preloaded app so how come your trying to install it over now? Be careful of the apps you uninstall ok *
