you need to be rooted because it's in the root folder..

/system/media/audio/ui

if you find an .ogg file you like, I'd assume you paste it in there with exactly the same name and then reboot.. * +

as far as I know swastika is forbidden symbol for a reason !!!
so WTF is wrong with you @mike7610 ?
