Hi i updated my firmware to 4.3 and now my music in player does not work.it says this file is not supported by the player.why would this be happening when it always worked before that.all my music is stored on memory card so would it just not be reading my memory card properly.also now my internet is playing up too.it does not load properly when i have full service.i usually have to go to phone sttings and clear cache and force stop for it to load properly again.im getting sick of these stupid updates that all they do is stuff things up. * +

try unmounting and remounting your memory card from the settings/memory section... I had something a little similar that was solved this way...

what happens on third party browsers too ? * +

And restart your phone again - I know it restarts itself after the update, but if you haven't restarted it yourself since, it may be worth a try, mine was slightly weird after the update until I restarted it. * +

Omg i thought i lost everything on my memory card cos it said card blank after i unmounted and remounted but then i took it out and put it back in and now everything works and all my pics and music are still on there and working.phew heart attack averted. * +

(lol) that's what unmounting does (sorry) but it should all come back when remounted... * +

go into recovey mode (turn phone off then hold up volume key, home key and power key till splash screen appears then release them, then you'll be in recovey mode (navigate with the up, down volume and power key to select) then look for ''clear cache'' press it then reboot phone. not saying it'll work but no harm in trying. * +
