internal memory comes with the device ie phone memory. your memory card is most often called external memory or storage..
device memory might be another way of referring to internal memory. I wouldn't call external memory ''device memory'' myself.
usually you'll only be offered to move app data to external memory (or external SD) if you've installed it yourself.
but go to your settings/then applications/then choose an app. you'll see if it gives you the option to move data from there.. * +

do a long press on your home button. a list of apps you've used since turning on the phone should appear.. Swype. sideways any apps you want to be sure are closed..
make sure your GPS is off too ! * +

no, not really... you will have ads on your phone pop up and tell you that you've got a virus, but that's just awful advertising practices. if you are worried at all download an anti virus or two, run it and then delete it when satisfied... * +
