check on sammobile firmware page to see if it's been rolled out, if that doesn't help then ask 8ta * +

The S4 has had 4.3 for months now, and all SA Product codes (XFA, XFE and XFV) are on Android4.3 MJ8 FW, odd that your wife's one doesn't detect it, take it to your nearest Samsung Smart Care and get it updated. * +
