Phone still works, luckily i got a rubber case on it, the speakers not so lucky sound only comes out at half the loudness * +

You have my sympathies (poor) but there was a story in the papers the other day about a guy who's developed a water-damage rescue kit for phones, and is shortly to be featured (and funded) on Dragon's Den, sounds well legit and logical, it works in 90 percent of cases, and apparently money back if it doesn't.
