I keep changing my launcher but at the moment I'm using Holo Launcher as I'm still on gingerbread, I did flash to jellybean but for me it was to laggy but may try again as I was using a early release, seems to be stable now so I might flash it later and see if it's any better... * +

I tried Next 3D, incredible launcher, ridiculously smooth and fluid, it was mind boggling how smooth it was despite all its animations, it reminded me of SPB Shell 3D on Symbian, but all of it was a bit much for me. If you love an overly customisable launcher then Next 3D is for you, if like me you like simplicity, it's going to be a headache for you, it looks great but geesh, what a thing
