Yes, my GS3 is also not working. I downloaded bbm yesterday and they said they'd get back to me. Still no response the next day evening. * +

Try connecting via wifi. Once the setup is complete and you have the app running it should work after switching back to your mobile network. * +

You need to restart the phone to get rid of that message. otherwise try to force close and re-launch the BBM app. I'm waiting for TEN HOURS now for them to email me * +

none of those work, I've installed both versions, play and sammy apps, still get the same error.but other people can access it. even my note 1 has no problem.think it just bad luck * +

use 3g? coz wen i used wifi it always gave that error of conx... used 3g got connectd but to slow to even reg *
