image editor for android, by byte experts has been good so far. I haven't used it that much yet but it looks way better than the others that I've seen.. also it's free

Don't knock Picsay Pro 
I use that almost every day, and it's a very useful tool - in the right hands.. 
but mainly that's because the excellent Photoshop Touch won't import fonts, whereas Picsay does, hence I use the Photoshop app for almost everything, but for the band names I'm posting in the music forum I need to have Picsay on board too. * +

I love Picsay Pro I use it all the time, tried a few other editing apps but I end up going back to Picsay Pro * +

Yeah, always makes me wonder what all the fuss about Instagram was, you can do lots more with Picsay, I guess because it's kinda set up like a joke app with all the silly hats and red noses and so forth. * +

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ANDROID is another junk!not even comparable with pc ver'.PICSAY is only good for putting texts in pics. * +
