Go to Google play store and enter in the search box video editor and you will see plenty come up but choose the first top one * +

andro vid pro is ok ish... a few videos it can't cope with. also vidcon is not bad. while it's more of a converter, it'll let you choose start and end times for clip's you want cut out from your video. also see an app called dkmerge for joining to equally formatted videos together... the latter 2 are free * +

if you're having trouble using Andro Vid Pro @ flash, try renaming the video first. I've edited 1080p videos with it with no problems..

it's the best out of what's available by far.. *
