either your fone already does this or it doesn't.. check the camera settings for the maximum resolution. then tell us what fone you have, I'm sure a few of us would be interested to know what device has given birth to all your expectations. * +

Galaxy Star cant do HD videos, it does max 320x240 @ 15fps as 3mel said. * +
