odd? my htc dre beats just woke up one morning and the pop up key board refused to pop up. touch screen works fine. had to voice search apps in the play store and download the gingerbread key board. its no where near as good. why would my keyboard go? WHO STOLE IT GRRRR * +

check settings menu under language and input. see if you didn't deactivate it. assuming you've rebooted a few times, it must be something like that. * +

yup done did all of that . go into laugage n keyboard switch to the standared touch screen and go to type and it just wont pop up * +

is your fone rooted? or have you downloaded any dodgy software recently? * +

it got a damp patch between the screen n screen cover . sorted it with a night in a bag of silica gel also a new battery as my old one died from over night charging * +

I'd give wiping the fones cache a try... have a read of this page twice, then give that a go http://support.t-mobile.com/thread/7943?start=0tstart=0 or better still read it from ya laptop. *
