I havnt had time to read through the whole post but ive noticed people mentioning the S4 is octa core. samsung have changed the spec of the uk version to 1.9ghz quad core rather than octa. this information comes from 'WHAT MOBILE' * +

tests show the quad core is still faster than the s3 and other phones, even the incredible iphone... and it looks like the octa core is headed for non lte markets. * +

yes its faster because its of a newer architecture and slightly higher clock speed. just a pity there are not any apps that take advantage of any quad core configurations including the S3 let alone the S4 lol * +
