Samsung shipped 212 million Android phones last year, second was HTC with 32 million. Samsung slowly moving away to open source Tizen OS, what happens to Android when they make Tizen their main focus? Food for thought! tea2 * +

Bing it if you want to find it. Didn't you know? Google sees Samsung as a threat to its bottom line. The company feels Samsung is getting too big and may require a larger sum of its mobile advertising revenues. Plus, it is the only company shipping over 100 million Android phones, no one else is able to compete. * +

Samsung created its Bada OS to rely less on Google and Android. Samsung teamed up with Intel to create Tizen, Bada is now part of Tizen and more powerful than it was before. If Tizen takes off, Samsung could bring all its Android fans with it. Samsung has own app store, this is a sign of a company wanting to move away from Android. * +

Poor HTC. Playing second in a huge Android market yet it can't make a profit. Android is all about Samsung, and Google knows it. * +
