S3 Mini without a doubt, it comes with more RAM, more built-in memory, Android4.1 JellyBean out-the-box, a better chipset, better UI, and a better display (Super AMOLED). HTC's update policy has been rather confusing lately, they have totally forgotten about their 2011 phones, and even some 2012 models may not get JB. * +
