Depends on your connection. I personally use a mix of Chrome and Opera Mini. Try them all out though and see what suits you, id suggest trying: Dolphin, Chrome, Opera Mobile, Opera Mini, xScope, Firefox, UCWeb, Skyfire and Netfront, and see which you like most. * +

Puffin is all around the fastest, in my experience. Puffin definitely has the smoothest scrolling of any browser and has a neat little onscreen mouse pad * +

Opera Mobile - not a suggestion, just a fact. If you need to conserve data, and you have little use for flash content or advanced javascripting, then Opera Mini ticks all the presentational and usability boxes. * +
