Orange have ALWAYS charged for data - there was some kinda system error about 8 to 10 years ago where your one day browsing 'extra' would last indefinitely, but those days are long gone . They still offer a range of data extras which make it relatively cheap though, but other networks often offer more for less - I'm sticking with them purely because I've got permanent connection and very fast speeds as mentioned in another topic. * +
