my nephew (4yrs old) was playing on mine and went in to the setting and the wee android robot thing was loading something and then just keeled over with cross on his belly me thinks he's dead lol anyway i turned it off n back on and it now wont load past the acer screen any1 any ideas how to fix this the place i got it are as much help as a chocolate poker x * +

We discuss both phones and tablets here :) .Sounds like the little one may have done a factory reset while the battery was low, you may have to plug into a PC and reload its FW. * +
