used scissors to cut my sim when i got my s3 and i was lucky to match it and it worked 
why the need of a smaller sim theres plenty of room for a ordinary sim

If you're willing to limit the choice of Android handsets you're interested in because they don't take micro sims, you surely are a numpty. Instead turn your micro sim into a normal sized sim, diy tutorial - http://m.gizmodo.com/5539485/how-to-make-a-diy-micro-sim-to-sim-adapter or call your network and ask them to send you a simcard out. * +
