Gave my se w8 to replace my display an it under waranty, been 3 weeks still no call ,so I try to login wit the site an workorder number They gave me wich is this sonyericsson3.servicetrack.in/Workorder/frmPrintWorkorder.aspx?WorkorderNumber=SE31240613383, wen I login it says no record found, does that mean my 4n is repaired? Confuse

or are they tryn to fool me that the fone is at the main service center * +

Well I checkd ma workorder number nw it say your unit is under repair, wat does that mean? Coz I calld da service center n they say still they waitn for parts wtf angry

htc are brilliant for repairs. They come and collect free and then return the phone pretty much within a week maxMost of time they replace it. But htc never go wrong on you. Only once ive seen my brothers evo mess up with the nav b*ttons. phone was replaced within 3 days. As for samsung im yet to see but they give 24 month warranty as opposed to htc 12 months. * +

, wich brand is good samsung or htc, coz was plang to get xperia p or s ,but I wont insted go for a new brand. they once took a month to replace my w995 micro sd card lol. Lazy service * +

really?? that's great azz, because in their home turf in asia, htc s*cks big time in after sales service. They are very very bad in what they do and have a very bad reputation here in India and middle east. Thats why Nokia is the King and still selling and samsung is gaining market share. you can find one or two nokia care in each small township but only one service center for htc in a Province or state with hundreds of townships. * +
